The RIGHT Attitude !

I visited Woolworths Pinelands last week. I have been speaking to a number of woolworths staff during the past month and must admit, I have realised, some service delivery leaves a lot to be desired and the work ethic has clearly dropped, don't get me wrong, there were staff I spoke to who really served the customer.

However this day last week staff member KEENAN SAMUELS was professional, went the extra mile, good communication ! that made up for the disappointments. I noticed while he was assisting me, some staff members were also approaching him for assistance and he handled that with the same ease,professionalism and patience. WELL DONE !
