I opened an account last year November 2020 and to this day still waiting for my store card. Card was to be delivered to my postal address and nothing happened.

Went to the store (26/01/2021) for clarity and customer service was contacted and they could not explain why the card has not been delivered. Was told by customer service that card will be delivered to the store(Diamond Pavillion) within seven days and Im still waiting.

Contacted the online support 04/02/2021 as Im unable to make purchases online because I only have a temporary card and the guy I spoke to advised that he will get back to me regarding that, and guess what I am still waiting. He said no purchases can be done online with temporary card, why was it issued in the first place?????

Now I regret opening an account with Woolworths, thought they were professional but I was wrong.
