The R400 shoe thats weeks old but doesn't fit

I bought a flat pointy pump at woolies almost 2 weeks ago and wore the shoe since it was my size. It was tight and uncomfortable but its a leather pump and I thougt I needed to just wear it out. Unfortunately the shoe just did not feel comfortable. I went to Woolies Canal Walk and I was told they cannot take it back because its not in a saleable condition. A white lady was being assist and she returned a bag purchased and used since late last year because she did not like the bag. Charlene told me there's nothing she could do and l left. I have now lost R400 rands. This is unacceptable
