The MOST RUDE and Unprofessional staff

Look I honestly understand that you guys work long hours and that trading hours is trading hours- however running to the store because you are 5 min late , traint to Nicely ask the personnel at the door if you can please run in hoping and begging because you are late due to very bad traffic! And then having the person be SO RUDE saying that their trading hours is final and slamming the door shut even before you had a chance to speak is completely uncalled for!!!!!

I would not have written this if this was handelde differently- this guy could have just told me in a professional manner that he is closing the store and that would have been fine! We all take a chance form time to time and don’t make a fuss when someone tells us NO.

But don’t slam a door in your clients face!!!

You never know what is going on in someone’s life - Never assume!!!
