The most distasteful service at Woolworths Woodlands
visited the Woodlands branch today, 25 August 2020, only to receive the most horrid service!
I greeted the cashier, whom didn't greet back, not wearing her name badge.
I enquired about soap, waited for 10 minutes, asked her politely:”Excuse me ma’am, may I please received an update?”. She turned her back towards me. I enquired again:” excuse ma’am“ only to receive an ignore from her and talking in her mother tongue which according to your policy isn’t allowed while assisting a customer, with her follow employees. Rude and irritably she rep**** and said:”I called the managed and rolled her eyes.” I explained to her ma’am I have been polite throughout this whole ordeal, kindly respect me as a customer. Instead it was said that I am poor for enquiring about a special. I have studied the consumer protection act as well your company policy while completing my Honors. I have NEVER received such horrible service, in all honestly I would not recommend Woolworths Woodlands to anyone. It is disgusting! No person should be treated with such disrespect! When I enquired for her name she profoundly refused to give, which again is against the law. 15 Minutes later the manager arrived, walked away while I was still enquiring about the product. I asked the manager whom was a female who wasn’t the greatest manager either, also doesn’t greet? What is up with employee moral at Woolworths Woodlands.
No, Woolworths this is beneath your standards. I asked the manager for the employee’s name since she isn’t wearing any badge or identification, according to the manager whom I informed that it is ***** to give me a false name, could have implications as a fine and 3 years jail time, however the manager provided me with the following name and employee number.
If this was my first time shopping at Woolworths, I would never return and I would be sure of it that other people are aware of this disservice.
