On the 4th August I was approved for a Woolworths black credit card and I was told to go collect my card at Eastrand mall financial services on the 5th of August I went there to collect it and The lady who was working there told me my green id book is torn she can’t accept it and I should go to apply for smart id of which I did and that bitter ***** withdrawn my application without my knowledge as I was told the application stays 30days on the system.what about the hard enquiry on my credit profile you should remove it as you follow your own rules.What a waste of my time going to home affairs.
