The most arrogant brand alive in SA!

Woolworths service is highly terrible!! Have never seen a brand more arrogant than this one! They are too proud of their so called quality that they have zero care with maintaining the best customer service!! I have since raised an issue with them that after few days of buying kiddies sleepers from them, the sole came off, and they just referred me to my nearest branch and I explained I’m not comfortable just walking in to a store who has no idea about my issue and they need to inform that store of my raised issue and that I will be coming, it’s been almost 2 months I have had no response from them! The sleepers have since been worn only the day I realised it was faulty! Imagine we leave these other shops thinking we will get quality from Woolies when it comes back to the same thing and the difference is that with Woolies we must pay more!! Extremely dissatisfied! As it is, they must just send someone to come collect the shoes and refund me my money because I’m not going to speak to anyone about this issue anymore!
