The ineptitude of woolworths online service

The worst online delivery service ever attempted. Not only could they not deliver in my designated slot. I phoned in to let them know I won't be available thereafter and they simply did not deliver it in the new slot. We can't plan our lives around woolworths horrific delivery service and rude customer service.
