The horrible service from Woolworths Howick

I traveled from Hilton to get some rice since there was no stock. I then decided to take shower cream fragrance free and oil blotting pads which to my surprise they came to zero, I then took the rest on the shelf only to be told i cannot. This is horrid service and a waste of my time. I have had similar times before when I bought and found it was zero and took more and never had a problem. Today is the first time ever I had such issues. Mohammed Saib who is the manager and another lady insisted that i cannot when this has happened before and never had an issue. I want all the items as they are. If this us how Woolworths has become then as a loyal customer i will take my business elsewhere.
