The good and the bad of Woolworths branches

I had a voucher I went to Woolworth in Germiston Golden Walk Mall to cash it offer. I was disappointed because they failed to activate my voucher. I went to that shop twice. What irritates me is the same voucher was activated at Woolworths in Centurion. What kind of system training is offered to branches. If in Germiston twice they can't activate the same voucher which was activated by Centurion branch what actually is difference
