The Elderly Must Suffer

Woolworths Mall of the South says they have no till specifically for elderly people and other people with mobility people. So those people need to simply suffer in pain in long queues. Checkers and Pick n Pay have dedicated check outs. Is Woolworths not "upmarket" enough to accommodate people with special needs?
