The difference, APPARENTLY!!!!

Prerequisite for a WW c/c, set up a debit order, payment was only taken few times(3 I think), for almost a year now, ie.inconvenience to pay @ till. Requested an increase on c/c limit, still waiting feedback, since 18-11-2015? Systems are off line, we will call you, when?? Forward my details again,why? It is ttached to the mail.
