Good Day<br> <br> It seems your systems are as always limited and cannot handle my complaint from your webiste.<br> <br> I just received a very annoying call from your collections department stating my debit order returned.<br> On discussion, it has turned out that you debited my account on the day before my date.<br> Any person with common sense of thinking would know that monies are only available after the date I have given you and any attempt to debit my account before would be futile.<br> Unfortunately, I will only be able to get to a store on the weekend.<br> I repeat what I said on the call that any arrears interest added to my account will prompt me to register a complaint with the NCR.<br> <br> You do not tell me that your systems are not at fault, but the banks.<br> I think your systems are out dated if in this day and age it cannot collect monies on a Saturday.<br> I wonder how my credit cards or my insurance was able to deduct their monies if it was my bank's fault you cannot deduct monies on a Saturday.<br> <br> Furthermore, what stupid technology do you use which cannot track my account to receive if you have decided to deduct monies before my pay date.<br> Sort yourselves before you come hound me like a ********.<br>
