Thawed Frozen Food delivered

Thawed frozen food delivered - this is the Woolworths quality you can expect now. Frozen food thawed and dripping out of packaging. Online order was booked a specific time slot, however goods delivered much later. Customer Service was contacted (3 x emails, 2 x phone calls) nobody has taken the responsibility to exchange these items. This happened on 17 January 2021 and nobody has responded by now to resolve this matter. Thawed food is not acceptable and could lead to food contamination when dripping out of the packaging and food poisoning.
