Thank you Woolworths for being so understanding

Making an arrangement on an account is not the easiest or nicest thing to do. Life happens, and it's very sad that even after I personally made an arrangement for just 3 months that there is still even more \overdue"fees etc. added to my account. Making it even harder to pay. <br> <br> I am really saddened and shocked at the treatment I have received from Woolworths. I have never had an issue paying my accounts with you - ever. And this is the treatment and understanding I get from you after having an account for over a decade.<br> <br> I am really taken aback. Why then make any arrangement if one is to be treated like a felon. I have never needed to do something like this"
