I had an outstanding experience at the Woolworths store in Rosebank and wanted to specifically commend Sethepele for her exceptional service.

I was looking for a particular colour and size in their chino range, and Sethepele went well beyond what I expected. She took the initiative to call several other stores to try and locate the exact item I was looking for. Not only was she incredibly proactive, but she also kept her word and called me back within the hour with an update.

Throughout the interaction she was warm, patient, and genuinely helpful. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience seamless and very pleasant.

Customer service like this truly stands out. Woolworths is fortunate to have someone like Sethepele representing the brand, and I hope her efforts are recognised. Thank you, Sethepele, for such excellent service.
