Thank you Katelin at Woolworths Blue Route

We always tend to forget the till operators and consultants after we shop. But i would like to thank Katelin at Woolworths blue route for assisting me during loadshedding approximately a week ago. The malls generators were faulty and i need to use the rest room and couldnt as it was very dark. My partner and i walked into the store to waste time about 5 minutes before loadshedding was done. She approached us and asked to assist. I mentioned i needed to use the rest room of the mall and she said they no longer had one but was willing to ask management if i could use theirs. She did just that and i really appreciated the extra mile she went. She was very friendly and polite. I went into a store prior to that and was told no customers were allowed to use their rest rooms but she offered to assist.
