Thank you for going above and beyond

I was unhappy with a product I purchased from woolworths and brought this to the manager and assistant managers attention. I was expecting them to shrub it off and ignore me but to my suprize they went beyond what I expected. I left woolies so happy with a beautyfull bouquet of flowers and deliscious chocolate , the managers gift to me. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer and turning my frown into a smile.
