Thank you for destroying my credit record and lying Woolworths!

I used to have an account with Woolworths. I paid it up and it was stopped years ago. In July 2019 it came to my attention that Woolworths had tanked my credit score because it was charging me for something even through the account was closed. I sorted it out back then. Now I found out that the next month (August 2019) they continued to charge me and my account is now WAY overdue. This has now caused a problem with my home loan. The call centre said that they will send a paid up letter TODAY so I can fix my credit record but now they say that it will take them much longer and that I mustn't expect them to live up to their promises. Par for the course.
