Terribly rude agent

I just spoke to the most disgusting agent! I have never been spoken to with such attitude and over something so small. I asked for a copy of my statement to be sent and got told, and i quote "whats wrong with the one i received" If i still had the statement that was sent to me why would i ask for a new one to be sent. Then when asked to speak to a manager she puts me on hold only to say shes on a call and when i asked for the managers email and her name the phone got put down in my ear! I want a call back from her manager and i would like to know how you allow employees to treat your customers this way!
