Terrible - Woolies Dash

I used woolies dash, placed and order and later after waiting got a notification that my order was delivered however I did not get my order. Called the call center numerous times with the same response they have scalated to dispatch and awaiting response from the store. Waited over 2hours no one called me I was forced to go instore to get my items so I paid double. Not even sure if I will get my refund. This is terrible. The app does not offer an option to report an issue directly or report if items are missing. You have to call in and just like that the call center cant even give you answers.
