Terrible Woolies App

For the last 3 weeks I have been struggling with the Woolies App. I went in to the store, I phoned, I emailed, I contacted them on all their socials. All they do is give me reference numbers but don't assist. I can't buy online, can't use my rewards NOTHING. I buy from Woolworths at least 4 times a week and now I can't use the app. They just don't care to assist. Their customer care and app is a nightmare.
