TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE WOOLIES DASH!!!

I have made use of Woolies Dash app a few times now, and every single time there has been some sort of an issue. They are either late, with every delivery, they don't send the complete order, the shopper does not communicate properly and the call center does not resolve the issue.

I place and order for a single item this afternoon just after/before 12pm with allocated delivery between 2-3 pm. at 1:50 I get an sms (yet again) that the delivery is going to be late and that they are sorry for the inconvenience. So, I phone the call center and the kind lady said she will allocate a driver immediately. 25 minutes later I call the call center again, just to be told by the gent that the driver cancelled the delivery and I have now been on hold for 25 minutes to figure out how long it is going to take to get my single item delivered to me, after I had paid my delivery fee. If I cancel my order, my money only shows in my account 3 days later, but at this rate I may get my money back before I get my delivery.

Sorry to say it, but Checker takes this one for the win!!!!! Woolworths...I suggest you up your game!!!!
