Terrible staff and service

Last week woolworths had an offer of getting 20% off purchasing two underwear items (bra's).... when i got to the till, the cashier said i cannot get the discount as i dont have a rewards card.... and i paid full price on the item. She was so stupid and unhelpful and had an attitude.

Similarly, this week, there is 30% off fashion wear. And i take an item to the till and a friendly cashier gives me a new rewards card so that i can also enjoy a discount...... (i was previously a card holder but closed my account months ago )

What service of the first cashier!!!!! Couldnt she give me a rewards card that weekend??????

Bladdy useless are some cashiers and dont know how to treat customers..... pathetic service.
