Terrible services

<p>In May there were ********** purchases on my account. My card was blocked and dispute lodge. Up until today I have not receieved a store card. On numerous follow ups it was found that i had card sequence 4 and they order 6 because 5 was not where to be found. The question was where was card number 5 - surely someon would have issued it and where it went? There was no answer. One day a contact centre staff refused to assist me.</p> <p>I am really disappointed! Well I guess that how they treat their so called "valued customers"</p> <p>Now I have paid as the account was in arrears via bank deposit still the account hasnt been updated rather they that sent to ITC. They can't resolve my problem but good and sending email asking for payment - mncim!!!</p>
