Terrible service Woolworths online

Ordered online only to receive half my order, then after notifying Woolworths was told my order will be delivered the next day, which it wasn't, after sending emails I get a call from a very rude lady +***3, who says my order cannot be processed and I will get a refund, I then asked if I could pick up from the store, and she no there is no alternative, I still have not received my refund and there is no response to my emails, this was really terrible experience using Woolworths online.
