TERRIBLE SERVICE! POOR ASSISTANCE

I am trying to exchange a gift I received at your East Rand Mall branch as the item does not fit me, they are refusing to exchange it for another item because I don't have the slip.<br> <br> How am I supposed to ask the person who gifted it to me for the slip who is currently in SPAIN. It has the original tag on and has NOT been used.<br> <br> The store was completely unhelpful and the person ridiculous at their request.<br> <br> Very upset.
