Terrible service PATHETIC

<p>i recieved a gift from a friend for my baby but had the exact same romper. So my frind had left the tag on just cut price off and said that the lady at woolworths said you can exchange gifts like that. Last friday i went to woolworth s in Cape Town and all the lady at customer service said was no its a sale item you cant change it . This was never said to my friend as i checked with her. I asked the lady again and she seemed to have a ****ty attitude. i really am upste as your store this brand is suppose to be top notch but you are just as bad as the service one will recieve at a local store. PATHETIC!!!!!</p>
