Terrible service - Online Customer Service and Woolworths Eastgate

Woolworths Eastgate and Online Shop - What a disappointment. We have ordered gift cards online on the 27th January and till today we still have not received the gift cards. We have called countless times following up and we were not assisted, instead we are being sent from pillar to post. The gift cards were paid for in full we don't owe them and we certainly didn't buy them on credit. We need those Gift cards delivered as early as tomorrow. Fellow customers of Woolworths please don't bother purchasing gift cards, they will take the money from your account and there will be no delivery. I'm truly disappointed in them for a company that is so respected and with a excellent reputation. Their online shop and online customer services sucks. They should leave online shops to the retailers who know these things, Shops like Takealot and Zando don't offer such terrible service. You purchase a voucher online from Takealot and within an hour you receive your voucher. I'm really disappointed, I don't want to lie.
