Terrible service gone to the dogs

I'm totally annoyed with Woolworths. How can you advertise eat in for R150 and not have all the stuff advertised . Rather take the board dwn giving customers what you can choose from as your never have the items in store and then we forced to take the stuff we dnt want but hve to take it cause we don't hve a choice . Your manager Patrick in the karaglen branch completely useless . I'm explaining my frustration to him but he was in a huge hurry to get back to the back . That could not of even been bothered with my complaint . It's that or nothing . That is a load of ******* !!! We are paying for something and we get rude service. Well that speaks volumes your clearly dont need the support from loyal customers . I just get told go to another branch cause y Woolworths is paying for my petrol and if I dnt get feedback I'm going to post again higher until something gets done cause it's totally unacceptable. Treat this as urgent . I simply am annoyed at this point !!!! No customer service at all . You paying for it but u dnt get what you want .
