Terrible service from Woolworths online

I placed an order on the 20th of September as a gift for a friend, to date half of my order was delivered the rest it’s a back and forth of emails and messages on the social media page, I am so disappointed and frustrated. I am not getting my money back neither is the order being delivered, what a disappointment. No one is contacting me and when they do it’s just empty promises, nothing is being done do fix this.
