Terrible service from Woolworths Nicol way manager Mr jorges
Today between, 15:00 and 15:30..i entered Woolworths Nicol way. As we were busy with our shopping which took a while, my son who is autistic started wagging to indicate that he needs the toilet. Before this incident, I had seen Woolworths manager assisting an old white gentleman. The way he handled the gentleman with such superb courtesy, I really assumed I would get the same treatment. Oh how wrong I was. When I immediately left my mom with the kids to seek Mr Jorges Theodosopoulos assistance, he didnt even pay attention until another gentleman (black) came through with a smile to help me find veggie burglars. I assumed the manager must have been busy as he was pushing a table at the time. It was until later on when we asked to use the loo for my son in store that he told me they don't have public toilets. Never in my life have I ever experienced this. By the way, a shopping assistant who I believe was disabled and black female was willing to assist because he is a kid but after checking with the manager. He blatantly refused. I'm usually never wrong about people, maybe Mr Jorges Theodosopoulos was having a bad day that instant I approached or it's simply in his nature to treat people like myself the way he did. I'm utterly disappointed. I hope I'm wrong abt
