Terrible service from Woolworths Financial Services.

What absolutely pathetic service from Woolworths Financial Services. I made no less than 30 calls to their offices and almost 2 months later still nothing. A lady by the name of Zikhona Quma promised to resolve my issue. I sent her all the information she required by email but still no response. I tried calling her on her number she provided and sent her follow up emails but nothing. Woolworths I have been a customer of yours for many, many years. I pay my accounts timeously, I buy your products all the time and this is the way you treat me!!! Unacceptable.
