Terrible service from Woolworths

I bought a few items and in those items there were 3 pairs of shoes same size unfortunately the cuts are not the same so tried to change the sizes and I was denied such, Woolworths excuse is it’s lockdown period and they not allowed, that is not government regulations at this time it’s Woolworths regulation, appalling service from Woolworths, you have just lost a customer
