Terrible service from Woolworths

Woolworths on line shopping and customer care offer such bad service it’s appauling. I placed an order with them and also selected a delivery date and days later I still have not received my goods which I paid and I have sent numerous emails to their customer care and no one has even bothered to respond or even acknowledge receipt of my email. Disgusting service.
