Terrible service from Cashier Desiree Makhwiting and Manager Mandisa

If there was a star to review for minus service this would be the perfect opportunity for me to use it.I went to Woolworths in Gezina by the Gezina Galleries Mall and Desiree the useless cashier didnt untag the shoes I purchased.

I went on about my shopping in the food area and then only went made my way out the store.

Mind you i had to wait for service to pay by the counter because some lady was returning her purchases and there we ONLY two tellers working.One being the useless Desiree.

The same by the food section.Only two tellers were working. The store wasn't busy for such an act of stupidity on Desiree's side.

Then making my way out of course the alarm went off.Apart from the embarrassment which I can take my frustration lies with the manager.Mandisa.She was called multiple times by security while I was at the door being summoned like a ***** and she took her sweet time coming to hear me out upon my request.

She wasn't even wearing her name badge.Unless of course she is her store and isn't ordinary staff getting a paycheck from Woolworths I see no reason as to what makes her not wear her identity badge.

Her customer service is that of an unqualified,untrained and unsophisticated person.She was making excuses as to why she had me wait.

I have never been so upset with Woolworths before but trust that that particular store has engraved bad customer service in my eyes.

Train your pathetic cashier Desiree Makhwiting and ensure that her good for nothing manager get s****s to deal with customers who are angry and not come up with excuses .

They could learn customer services s****s from Lebone Ngobeni.She is one of the most professional service providers I have ever encountered in all my shopping experiences
