Terrible service every time

The staff at the Witchery, Hyde park branch are really not good. On a couple of occassions I have had terrible service and turned a blind eye. But today was the last straw and I won't go back to that branch. I shop a lot at Witchery but really won't go back there. A week ago I wanted to buy a watch but they didn't have a price on it and took at least 15 minutes (with absolutely no urgency or effort) to find it for me. On the same occasion it took a teller ages to help me pay, they were all talking to each other. Today, I bought a bracelet as a gift which was small. There was no gift bag or no packet in general to put it in- they threw it into a a Country road packet with my shoes and I asked for them to do it nicely as it was a gift but no one could find any packet or packaging. I took it off the bill. The one assistant had a personal conversation on the business phone the whole time I stood there telling the person on the phone how tired she was. I just found the whole process (and always do) so untidy and unprofessional. Country road and mimco staff are always dressed smart and helpful and professional. I just wanted to feedback as I know witchery can up their game and do better.
