Terrible Service

I ordered Woolies dash food on the 1 of August already, they deducted my money and never delivered my food. I contacted them 3 hours after they were supposed to deliver it, the agent said I must hold on, he will come back to me. After holding on for 20 min, I hung up. I send them all the proof that no items were delivered, that I held on for 20 min. Nobody came back to me. Not one reply, I then reached out to customer care, they rep**** that unfortunately they can not help me with this matter. I send emails since then every day, as not only are they steeling my money, their service is pathetic. Unbelievable that a company like Woolworths can give you such bad service. That they just deduct money for goods not delivered, and then only reply that they cant help me. Shocking Go learn from Checkers 60/60
