Terrible service!!!!

Worst SERVICE I have ever received in my life!! To be sent to multiple stores drive out petrol just to do a size exchange. I bought a pair of shoes for my GF as a present. The shoes is one size too big. Went back and system showed me at woolworths Irene there is 3 size 3 par of shoes. Drove all the way to there Just to be told its somewhere in a box and nobody would help to get them. I then asked where would I definitely get without a problem. They confirmed Woodmead has 8 pairs in stock and will have no problem getting there. Drove all the way again. Just to be told its in a box in the back and that it will take time to find so they do not want to, then the next salesperson says no they cannot get it because it will mess up their stock take which makes 0 sense as I have worked myself in retail many years. Even the managers is completely unhelpfull and does not care at all about their customers. I did a full refund as I am disgusted with the service I have received.
