Terrible service at Woolworths constantia village

Woolworths constantia village coffee shop has recently had a revamp but unfortunately the new layout has not helped the terrible service and attention to detail. The high tables and stools are extremely difficult for the elderly to seat themselves and the new layout in all honesty is not better than the previous one and is actually very limiting in terms of how many people can be seated there. In addition to this, the way it is laid out also prevents the staff from seeing people waiting to be seated because there is a pillar in the way.

When arriving they have a sign saying please wait to be seated. But if you follow the sign you will literally stand there for over an hour. After 20 minutes we decided to seat ourselves. Then we waited a further 15 minutes for someone to offer us anything. Whilst dealing with the waitress she shouted across to another table.

The food and coffee is always of a good standard but they will certainly struggle to get me and many others back due to the ********** service.
