Terrible Service at Woolworths Cafe in Linksfield

The service at Woolworths Café in Linksfield at Neighbourhood Square was beyond atrocious. I went to the café on the 9th of April at about 13:00 to have lunch as I do almost 2-3 times per week. The café was fairly empty with 4 clients (including myself) sitting inside and about 5 clients sitting outside. I waited for about 30-40 minutes and did not receive the food that I ordered. The kitchen staff were gathered around a staff member pouring mayonnaise into a bowl whilst they were all chatting up a storm. The manager was at the drinks counter staring into space and the waiters were having their own gathering and chatting up a storm. Needless to say, no one saw me waving them down and only when I got up to walk out did, they want to attend to me. At this point 30 minutes later, my food was still being prepared in a café with very little people and I was only having a club sandwich and a portion of fries. The café has certainly lost me as a client.
