Terrible Service

I was handed over for my Woolworths personal loan due to my poor financial state, I made arrangements with the first attorneys to pay R1000 a month. I paid for two months and then they could not allocate or show me proof of were my funds was allocated. They advised me that they froze my account and will be investigating this issue (I have proof of this). I was then handed over to Brooks & Luyt Inc who refused to do anything about investigating this matter and now are sending a summons for me to appear in court? How can I sort this out when this is going on for months now?
