Terrible service.

Woolworths arrogance lately is very disgusting. They never resolve complaints. I no longer have an account with them but my profile reflects that i have an account in arrears. I have been trying to resolve it for over 2 years. I have spent lots of money calling them. I have been sent from pillar to post. Last year I spoke to a lady who told me that they resolved the matter but until today it still reflects as arrears. This is an account that was paid up in 2020 and closed. This unables me to use other services for purchases.
