Terrible service

I would lile to lodge a complaint! I called to change my debit order DATE with woolworths and they cancelled my debit order! I have always paid woolworths without fail on time! Never missed a payment! Now I am getting phonecalls from rude consaltants requesting me to pay! This is absurd!
