Worst Experience at Woolworths Fourways mall

I was Returning an item I bought for my Son and the cashier who was trying to assist me was new and was asking for help and the other cashier Refused to assist her.she asked for help again and the lady by the name of Maketekete said I cannot return the item if it’s not the same price she advised that I get the same item for the same price I said I can’t get anything for the same price I asked her can’t she refund me the 20 rand as the item I was purchasing was less with 20 rand she refused I asked can’t I buy she more and add the difference she still said no and said she can only do a straight refund.i said this is the first time I hear of this as I am a Woolworths customer and always purchase and refund without any issues she said I am miss no it all with attitude and since I know the rules I must tell them what to do.The new cashier said can’t the other cashier assist since I don’t have cash on my till maybe she can do the exchange and refund the 20rand she refused and said she won’t tell us what to do we not doing the refund I am very disappointed with the service I received and I had to drive to fourways and couldn’t even do the refund the worse thing is that I managed to echange the sweater at another Woolworths with no issues and the lady at the cashier refunded me the 20rand.The service we receive as customers if very disappointing and makes us not want to shop at the Woolies shop anymore because of the way we Treated Maketekete didn’t care about assisting me and said she refund weather I like it or not-I am very shocked that Woolworths can have such employee
