Terrible service

<p>I lost my card and ordered a new one to be delivered in Fourways Mall, 2 months went by. I orderd again but asked for the card to be delivered at Cresta, I got it in a few days time but can't use because I don't remeber my PIN and the new card does not come with a PIN. I had to go to ABSA Bank and when I got there, I spent an hour, the consultatnts could not reset the PIN because there is something wrong with the chip, the machine was not recognisisng it. Now I don't know what to do.</p>
