Terrible quality produce. No response on complaint
My wife complained to WW about the bad quality of their fruit. Got a response saying they are sorry and will take steps to remedy. Also that a R100 voucher will be sent via SMS. Never received the voucher, or a response even after contacting them again.

It's not about the voucher, but about them not sticking to their word. Also, they promised to up their game to ensure quality fresh produce. This was obviously a lie. I have a photo on my iphone, of 2 rotten nectarines in the same WW taken today. Expiry date? 30 October 2015, it is today the 22nd of October. I will gladly forward it to a WW representative.

I have references for the first complaint:

(Removed name of customer care consultant, but I can provide it, together with full e-mail, to any WW rep on request) - Customer Care consultant
CC ***-***
Correspondence nr: CL243513

What a disgrace, for a company apparently known for their quality products.

Lol - and I see Woolworths is one of the companies on HelloPeter that does not respond to complaints. That just says everything, doesn't it!

Will minimise any purchases from WW as much as possible
