Terrible quality clothing (Trenery and Country Road) and even worse service

<p>All,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had a terrible experiences with Woolworths clothes under the brand Trenery and Country Road. </p> <p>I've had quality issues with 5 suits, 6 shirts and 3 paints. All these have happened over a period of 3 year. After each incident I went to a Woolies to exchange the suit and received the following issues</p> <p>-Similar stocks of clothing were out of stock or no longer being sold</p> <p>-I was not given an exchange for the original price of the suit</p> <p>-I was refused any compensation for the clothing</p> <p>-Encountered terrible service and was expected to proof of purchase, accept refund below the original price and so on</p> <p> </p> <p>Beside this, I continued to be purchase the brand believing that there would be improvement. That has not happened!</p> <p>I am terrible dissapointed by this experience and have literally "lost" more than R 20 000 due to these quality issues and service</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect this to be dealt with more professional</p>
