Terrible quality and staff

I am really disappointed in the quality of your ice cream lately. It has a lot of icey particles which wasn't the case before. Normally it's creamy and Devine even if it's left's out and returned to a freezer now if u do this it's not edible and tastes like ice#!!!!!!

Also my husband went into your mall of Africa store on Thursday he purchased and item and did not see it was a two piece for my son. When he brought it home I took it back to the clear water store that evening the staff REFUSED TO HELP AS THOUGH IT WAS A HUGE TASK. I left it and went or candle stone on Friday there the staff also did not want to help I.had to force them to call the store and ask.them to find the missing peice. The lady said they are not answering I said she must continue to try and give me feedback guess what it's TUESDAY WITH NO REPLY. CHRISTINE FOR CANDLE STONE AND ACTUALLY ALL YOUR STAFF SEE TO THINK THAT THEY ARE DOING US FAVORS FOR PROVIDING A SERVICE
