Terrible Online Shopping Service

Every time I purchase an item online, upon delivery i get a call that the items are out of stock while they were IN STOCK when I paid for the order online. This so frustrating that you give customers wrong stock information. Now I have to wait for the refund to bounce back to my bank account. I'll never use your service again.... I drove to Woolies Cresta to get the product and I couldn't find it, I was happy when i saw that you have stock online and purchased the item , now this....
